最满意的是游泳池，服务的两位姑娘很甜，帮我拿了毛巾，里面的小伙也不错，在我的座位上到了温水。相比这服务，酒店不提供免费的剃须刀，没有暖风，没有自助洗衣，没有果碟，有点儿跟不上节奏了

我10天前网上付钱己订的8号商务双间要高层，到入住时因有会议只有2楼了，前台告诉我只有商务单间有高层是大床房我想也行，可是到房内一看不是茶几加二凳，而是很矮的布椅沙发很不舒服，另一张座椅是一座即中间塌下去的坐椅，很不舒服坐久腰酸背痛，因住二天也就懒得噜苏了！我只是觉得五星级的宾馆设施应该跟上，设施不行房价应该下降，如南宁明园新都饭店和桂林榕湖饭店，都是高档的老饭店，环境都相当好，但价格很亲民可以称得上价廉物美了！希望柳州饭店能改进！
