五星级酒店服务态度好，交通方便，位于阳光100商圈，美食很多。入住酒店还送有水果、饮料和零食，有宾至如归的感觉。今后入住希望给安排能看到柳江景观好、宽一点的房间。

入住过几次了，服务老客户非常周到，完全超出期望值，前台韦慧玲让我感觉服务很有耐心，房间安排的很不错！可惜早上起不来吃不上早餐，下一次带朋友来住，体验一下酒店的早餐~

酒店的地理位置和环境很好，旁边有市大楼，柳州市工业博物馆，窑埠古镇，文昌过江大桥等十里柳江风景很美。住的房间直接面对江景，满意。入店时，前台王靖芸接待热情、业务熟练，要表扬！房间内卫生间热水足。二十六楼餐厅环境好，餐饮品种丰富，最喜欢餐厅里的自助榨汁机，每天早上都会自己榨两杯新鲜果汁。二十五楼行政酒廊环境好，就是晚上菜的份量太少了，希望能改进。再有就是使用房间水池上的剃须刀刮脸刮了两个小口子！在外面住过许多五星级酒店，这是第一次刮破脸，不知道是我的问题，还是剃须刀问题，和前台反映了，前台表示歉意。总体还是很不错的，五分好评送上！
