    酒店整体感觉不错，前台接待很热情，特别是小韩，主动帮助我提行李送到房间，还免费帮我升级了房间，住在面朝湿地公园这一侧 ，早晨起床站在阳台上空气清新，和家人一起在湿地公园散步，散完步回来吃早餐，早餐的品种也非常多，非常推荐

    非常好的入住体验，之前住过这家酒店，后面很久没来了，但是前台小兵一下就认出我了，还给我房间免费升级了，非常热情！酒店的停车场挺大的，不怕没有停车位🅿️，健身房的设施设备挺齐全，环境也不错。

    这次入住格兰云天的体验非常好!宾客主任Owen为我们服务。Owen全程给我们很多帮助，包括升级房间、孩子早餐、延迟退房等，非常温馨周到!酒店各方面都很大提升，早餐非常丰盛比很多五星酒店的都好!早餐时工作人员也来问我们对早餐的味道及服务的建议，这次入住感觉得到格兰云天对服务的要求。，临近春节，酒店已有浓浓的春节气氛，酒店的环境就不用说了一直很棒，总得说这是一次非常棒的入住

    一次出差有缘来到深圳，入住这家酒店，首先这家酒店有非常好的设计感，可见酒店方的品位很不错。其次酒店的硬件设施和软件设施都很好，点外卖还可以让机器人送到房间。还有产品也很好，床垫的软硬程度相当合适，而且配了羽绒枕和棉花枕两种枕头供客户选择，前台王书羽服务很到位，帮忙免费升级，热情的问好，使得这次入住体验感非常棒，很优秀的员工，期待下次入住，推荐不错！
