房间和风景都是很好的，唯一不满意的是5.13号晚上前台的男服务员在给我办理入住的时候还接别人的电话接了半天。在我明确拒绝加钱换房型之后还在推销其它不同类型的房型，这感觉很烦。基础房型其实就挺好的。
健身房的人非常热情，特别好。

一直很喜欢的酒店，之前来吃下午茶，倒数都来过。由于到店时间比较早，房间还没有好只好加钱升房型才入住。入住后有人指引，还可以点咖啡等饮品，都很贴心，住过不少五星酒店，房间设备设施在五星酒店里都算出众的，很不错的酒店，还会再来。就是希望下次结账别再出错了，五星酒店在细节上不应该犯这样错误。

瑞吉不愧是瑞吉，没有一丝一毫让我失望的地方。从进入大堂开始，一直到办理入住，进入客房，都非常有体验，即使实在疫情期间，也会非常照顾客人的感受。若下次让我选择酒店，依然会毫不犹豫得首选瑞吉。

非常满意，从广州到深圳，经过几个小时的车程，真的好累，还好碰到Kiki小姐，她非常温柔体贴，知道我们第一次来这里旅游，特意帮我们把房间升级一间可以看到香港特区的房间。进去看看后，真的房间又大又好看，非常高兴😊谢谢🙏
