原先住过很多次的酒店，都数不过来了。以后再不敢住了。昨天也是倒霉，原来飞珠海的航班被取消两次，故改飞深圳。下机没有跨城的车，一定要在深圳过夜。本想订个好酒店抚慰内心。结果体验真差劲。下车没人提取行李，行李生就站着看。结果是司机拿的。到前台入住还算顺利，但被告知十一点后没有客房送餐，要自己点外卖。外卖还不送上来要自己下去拿。我到房间后放下行李就开始点餐，还不敢洗澡。怕洗澡后又要换衣服下楼。结果一点才取外卖上来。折腾到两点才能洗澡。天啊！我十二点到酒店，已经疲惫不堪，本想订个好酒店用服务去让自己省心。你说疫情十一点就不做送餐，我想不通有什么逻辑，十一点后送就不安全了？想减人手，压开支就不要赖疫情。你酒店收费也没有收疫情价！
买个机械人做客房送餐难吗？更气人是我在前台，客房已明确两次说要投诉不送餐。今天一天竟然没有人和我联系道歉。这种酒店这种服务完全不配这个价钱。我不如便宜三份一住别的五星了。

入住以及在住期间，服务以及防疫都很温馨以及细致，入住时申请了升级；客房硬件也很舒服，床垫是舒达的，只是房间加冰细节需要加强培训。

因为经常出差，所以一直都是住不同地方万豪。南山中洲万豪是万豪里我目前住过最喜欢的。因为大厅在43 楼，地理位置也很好。
我最喜欢的是他们的工作人员，在国内是酒店里很专业的，培训的很好。 Vi one 和Tracy 都在我入住时候有帮忙我很多方面，我很感谢他们，酒店很庆幸可以有这么对好的工作人员，还会再回来住肯定。
I will come back to live here again for sure! Love this hotel, great location and fantastic views. The staffs are all amazing, especially Vione, I really appreciate her helped me a lot when I was there, she was very attentive and helpful. The hotel definitely is my first choice in Shenzhen

我是来酒店求婚的hhh，房间能看见海景和大竹笋，效果巨好。
yif小姐姐服务特别好，酒店房间很不错，海景非常棒，可以看见大竹笋，行政礼遇也很到位，早餐等餐食很合我口味，下次有节日还会考虑过来的。
