首先说酒店设施方面，地下车场没有电梯可以到楼上的，必须走楼梯或者走行车道才能上楼，晚上十二点以后是只能有入地库的行车道。行李根本没法拿。再说服务员态度问题，问点事就显得特别不耐烦的样子，好像顾客都是**一样，还爱答不理的，顾客似乎都不配跟他们说话，不配耽误他们的时间。另外酒店很旧，房间很差，收着五星的价格，却不如维也纳，起码人家服务态度还是好的。
