这个也满无语的，到了傍晚电话客服说房间暖气不热，她告知是因为那片的水锅炉一开始没开，水没烧热，一再建议换房间，可是我们是大家庭出游，特地拿的同一楼层！其它服务还行，过年期间健身房和游泳池是关闭。楼下的餐厅生意很好的，当地人都选那吃年夜饭和聚餐，性价比也不错。

这个亲子房，实际没照片的好看、可爱，就是最普通的白色床单！入住了发现卫生间的门是坏的，被套是脏的，虽然联系了客服马上修理并更换，但还是有点小瑕疵吧！酒店自带的餐厅性价比不错，价格适中，菜色也美味！

酒店是新的，地方大，距地铁站不远，带孩子去苏州玩住这里很方便，卫生干净服务热情，如果有带早餐更好了
