真心不错，服务态度好，房间干净卫生整体特别好，可以加床，可以带孩子，还有儿童拖鞋哦，可以打电话拿，呵呵，有停车场，还有游泳馆哦，非常不错的

酒店卫生设施好，各方面都很满意，来苏州每次必住这里，酒店服务超好，给升级了亲子房，早餐很丰富，还有免费的游泳池水质特别干净，人特别少

网上要求大床房，结果到前台办理时说这个就是标房的价格，如果要大床的话要另外付一百元，询问可以免费升级吗？结果不肯，要么付钱，入住率那么低，还不愿意免费升级，游泳池下午2点才开放，周日休息，就一个工作人员，要游泳的话还要再去前台拿凭证，那么前台的服务员，请问你们为什么不能在顾客入住时提前告知呢？！不会再来了！
