休养所条件非常一好，好大一个院子，七八栋小楼，不到一百间房。考虑容积率的话，太奢靡了。房间很干净整洁，环境特別好，条件比岛上知名私家客站要好很多。就是餐厅吃饭要先订，还不一定订給你，老式国家休养所的作风。在情调泛滥的小岛上，很特別的。

因为是淡季，我们住的四号楼只有我们一家和二楼的一家，对面的六号楼没人居住，黑暗一片，很安静，晚上不敢出去的。虽然早餐较难吃，鼓浪屿价格比较贵，有吃的就不错了。房间也不算小，比几年前住的小洋房大了有四五个平方，比较满意。

很满意，房间干净没有异味。简单整洁，前台小姑娘也很好，按我事前的要求给了三间连一起的房间。房间在8号楼有电梯，而且不是单独热水器，很放心。就是第二天晚上9：00以后水是黄色的了，冷热水都是。没法使用，有个小过滤水龙头可以简单洗漱，幸好洗澡已经洗好，否则就麻烦了。一直到11点入睡前都是黄色，隔天早上好了。挂壁式空调，有暖风的，冬天也可放心入住，小阳台有晾衣绳洗晒很方便。带老人小孩出游很适合的酒店。早餐略差，只有几个酱菜和粉皮一类，没有荤的。有白粥牛奶和白馒头，没有豆浆，白煮蛋常常断货。不过座位多，吃饱还是可以的。

安静，大门挡住了外面的喧嚣，非常难得； 绿化好，就像个小花园； 服务员好像做了很久的，态度非常好。以后朋友去鼓浪屿会推荐的。
