地理位置比较不错，距离小吃街，日光岩，等几个景点都比较近，距离三丘田码头和钢琴码头相对近一些。酒店设施相对陈旧，但是是专门为老干部疗养用的，比较干净有序。

酒店环境很好，有很多幢独立小别墅。旁边就是菽庄和沙滩，不想走路的可以乘三丘田码头到菽庄的电瓶车。
