开车来的，周边没什么商业街挺安静的，视野开阔。前台服务员不怎么特别热情，一路从山东开车住过来遇到的服务员都很热情。他们算中规中矩吧。大床很舒服，但是没有浴缸挺失望。早餐中规中矩，种类不是特别丰富但基本都有能吃饱

酒店位置好，市区繁华地段，离高铁站湛江西站35元左右路程。客房送水果、小食和甜品糖水，确实很感激，房间还有书籍，床铺适中，赞。早餐品种齐全、健康营养。不足之处好像未设无烟楼层、早晨电梯里碰到一个客人抽烟要进电梯马上制止了.....五楼的游泳池不错，但外来人员的数量未管控，且水质不是太好。

第N次来住这家酒店了，酒店管理很到位，服务很好，周边出行也方便，吃饭的地方很多，停车位也多，续住酒店还送有晚安甜品，设施也很新，个人很满意。以前湛江还没有喜来登的时候，很多大明星来开演唱会都住在嘉瑞禾，所以证明酒店还是很不错的。

清明小假期再次到达海滨城市湛江旅游，再一次入住湛江嘉瑞禾酒店。酒店处于市中心位置，交通方便，从机场乘坐出租车20分钟到达，附近有世贸，鹰展等大商场，离金沙湾海边也很近。酒店已经开业有一定年限，但保养非常好，走酒店大堂，依然感受到气势恢弘，个性明显，豪华壮观的气息。酒店房型很多，这次免费升级到行政房，房内格局精巧，高贵典雅，宽敞舒适。距离上次入住有半年时间，这次感受到了酒店服务再次升级。前台服务员热情迎接，快速办理入住手续。房内赠送欢迎水果、糖果、小面包等等，晚上游玩回房晚安糖水已经送到房间，并附上一张问候贺卡，倍感温馨，暖心至极。
