酒店大堂气派，房间宽敞智能化，有子母房非常人性化，游泳池棒棒的。门童服务需要加强，没有迎宾和代打车服务。房间卫生希望再仔细些，洗手间发现前客人用过的牙刷，床沿有灰尘。

酒店非常不适合亲子游，旅行最后一站也是最糟糕的一间酒店，首先房间安排不合理，家庭出游不安排临近房间，还要跨楼层，房间里面只有一份一次性用品，房间空调要不太热要不太冷，要不就是29度，不调到16度连冷风都没有，热水也不热的就是有点温而已，最后退房还要讹你钱，专找死无对证的事情来讹你，让你说不清楚最后只能认宰，建议带小孩的或者家庭出游的千万不要选择这酒店，除了装修土豪一无是处，住的一肚子气

五星级酒店，三星级服务，服务差的没话说，特别是吃个早餐，小孩子六岁以上要补钱很正常，连个不到五岁的也要补钱，第一次遇到这事，更气的是退房，一到前台说要查房，要十多分钟来查，查完又说小孩把书台画花了，说要赔钱，这不是住酒店，这酒店专门坑顾客
