五一出游入住杭州奥克斯中心皇冠假日酒店，地理位置不错，离地铁口很近，周边都是商圈，吃喝玩乐都很方便，房间很安静，早上一点也不吵，前台GloriaandPearl服务不错，早餐也很棒，小朋友很喜欢。

特地在酒店订了个套房给女朋友求婚。
全程工作人员的服务态度都很nice很细心，酒店配套设施和用餐环境都很好，给我们带来很舒适的入住体验。

酒店整体风格设计都挺好的， 尤其是前台办入住的Bella小姐姐服务很好，每次入住都能把房间安排的很满意，入住的时候还给提供欢迎茶房间也有水果，上下楼梯也帮忙按电梯，退房当天norma也帮我做了延迟退房，很开心🥳

在还未入住之前，前台bella就很贴心地打来电话，询问我对房间的需求，这一点很赞。前台Emma服务耐心热情，在退房的时候，宾客服务经理Lana也很贴心地赠送了小礼物，棒棒哒，下次还会来入住~
