🧹卫生：挺好 没毛病
🔔服务：5⭐ 王双霞，norma小姐姐们态度都挺好的
🍃环境：泳池大爱了，算是周边酒店泳池最大的了！
不足之处是房间是速溶咖啡，不过会送一杯吧台现磨咖啡，也算弥补了吧

因为疫情只能留在杭州带孩子出来放松一天，想不到整个体验都是惊喜，酒店装修简洁大气，房间每一处都很干净，一进来就给人很舒服的感受。印象深刻的主要是：给免费加了超棒的婴儿床；因为疫情服务员把早餐送到房间里，丰盛到让我们都觉得不好意思了；住酒店主要还想游泳，和儿子体验了五星级酒店里面几乎最好的泳池。所有这些体验离不开王晓滟的热情、细致的接待。下次周末休息还要再来。Fantastic experience!
