整体还是很不错的，酒店设计和房间设计都别具一格。位于校园内，会有很多学生啊游客啊在附近，晚上可以去南门的学生街热闹一下。交通不太方便，不过可以坐189换假日二线或是别的到梅家坞和灵隐寺。酒店有粤餐厅和西餐厅和茶室，一般般吧。

美院内 环境很好，酒店风格别致，很有文化气息，设施完善，不足之处是早餐很差，简单且难吃，酒店离宋城很近，可以顺带游玩，附件比较好的餐饮比较少。

距离设计类考场非常近，适合考生入住。曲廊百折，很容易迷失，找不到自己的房间。没有电梯，行李搬上搬下费尽力气，累坏了帮忙的安保小哥，给小费却不收，非常过意不去，也很感动，不知是该抱怨宾馆设计不人性化只追求艺术，还是该感谢服务人员的热忱素养。

超棒设计的酒店，与美院学校融为一体。住在酒店中可直接欣赏美院的建筑设计。不过春节期间早餐差了一点，只有粥、面条和鸡蛋

单人房～淋浴和洗漱是分开两个地方的～差了五六米的路～单人房没有早餐～我们去吃时他们也没问我们收券～吃完才说28一位～各种难吃的早餐收了100多～500多的客房，硬件设施和服务都没跟上～只因他在美院里面～就显得这么屌!要不是山舍和白描没房，不会选择这里，一次体验完，以后更加不会选择这里～不值～
