酒店前几年住过，这次去住还是一如既往的好，特别是早餐，增加了儿童专用，有专用的餐具，还有土鸡蛋，土鸡蛋上还要漂亮的卡通贴纸，小孩子很喜欢。酒店很用心。

优越的地理位置，无论是步行去断桥白堤西湖边，还是搭地铁打车出行，都很方便，凤起路地铁D2出口扶梯上来就到酒店门口，如果扛着很多件行李，建议走D3的箱式电梯，过个马路也就到酒店门口；房间宽敞，很干净，虽然装修比不上国际品牌时尚，但国内酒店这个环境数一数二了；楼下是天香楼，杭帮菜老字号酒楼，这也是吸引我预定这里的其中一个原因。除夕和初一住了两晚，平均才六00加，还含双早，而且菜品还很丰盛，还每天送水果，办入住还送了一封好意头利是，很是周到了，吃住行都很赞，这性价比没谁了！超级推荐来杭州游玩的游客！！！不过杭帮菜老字号更建议大家去杭州酒家，太好吃了，太便宜了，就离浙江饭店一个地铁站，坐到龙翔桥站，或者步行也是可以的。

地铁出来就是酒店，出行相当方便。沿孩儿巷去龙游路武林集市只有几分钟的路程，还在新白鹿和家人吃了一顿午餐，味道不错。酒店服务员热情，我们10点到店后，即安排我们入住8楼无烟层，让我非常欣喜，客房提供免费饮用矿泉水。自助早餐品种丰富，服务员在电梯门口迎宾送客，非常热情。退房还免费延迟至下午两点，总体来说是一次满意的旅行。

真心不错，前台入住有机器人引领到客房，可好玩了，机器人可以给客服送东西，还跟你讲要好评，妈妈会给他糖吃，笑死了，酒店步行到武林广场五分钟，那里宽阔的美食广场应有尽有，离嘉里中心就100米，就在地铁出站口
