交通方便 去西湖约3公里 门口就有公交车，酒店房间挺大的卫生干净 入住时送了一张品读驿站购书抵价券 给小朋友买了几本书减了20还打8.5折 开心 前台工作人员服务态度好 有耐心 早餐中西自助 环境好 品种多

地铁到酒店10分钟，打车方便，大堂大，布置温馨，总台服务很热情，给送上姜茶，喝了一杯茶入住也办理好了，还主动帮我升级了房型，送了书券。房间感觉挺大，卫生很干净，空调效果好，配套设施齐全，隔音也好，第二天早餐在六楼丰盛，种类多，有杭州特色，退房小哥，速度快，提前给我开了发票，用用信封装好，赞一个，礼宾主动叫了出租车，推荐入住！走的时候还买了一本书，刚好坐车时候看，用了券打了折之后才9块钱，太划算了！不

各方面都挺满意，出行还是得传统的酒店住着舒坦，民宿价格死贵又不靠谱全靠照片忽悠取胜。文华，房间大设施齐全，应该是重新装修过了真没看出是家老旧酒店哈，客房楼层电梯得刷房卡，安全卫生，值得信赖！头天晚上回去还有送一小盘曲奇，好吃，可惜第二天可能马拉松结束退房多打扫忙忘记送了。总之本次杭马的住宿挑的自己很满意，老牌高星级酒店值得信赖，价格也不贵，千万别信那些民宿，哈哈哈
