下午5点55的航班，晚点4个小时到了凌晨1点才到酒店，在飞机上坐了大约4个小时汽车上坐了1个多小时，真是疲惫不堪。到了酒店，总台值班的小伙子立即热情的站起来接待，熟练快速的办完了我的入住手续，向我交代了早餐的楼层和用餐的时间，让我觉得有一种到家的感觉，拿到房卡我特意瞄了一眼小伙子胸前的铭牌--叶勇正，服务周到热情值得称赞。房间干净整洁，不愧对四星级的评级。来杭州多次出差，觉得这次入住酒店给我的印象尤佳。

酒店环境非常好，附带停车场，房间很大，很干净，设施齐全一。特别值得表扬的是服务人员态度很好，我把雨伞落在前台，刚进房就有人送来了，打扫卫生的阿姨人挺好，出门就打招呼，餐厅工作人员也很有耐心，帮我儿子倒了酸奶，我的火车是两点半的，前台免费帮我把退房时间延长至两点。因为这个酒店，我都要爱上杭州了，下次还来这里。
