缺点：1、租车一定要好车，好车好办事！想到只游西湖为了老人方便，用车只需要机场来回酒店，就租了一台大众朗逸，第一天进酒店一开始没让我进去[捂脸][捂脸]第二天临时去同学家拿个东西回来后在地面车位明显有许多位置情况下非要我停入地下车库[捂脸][捂脸]，服务员严新、陈东态度傲慢很不好。2、因为母亲腿脚不方便，所以选中酒店家庭套房，订前专门电话咨询了说住四个大人没问题，到了酒店才发现两种房型一类大房间外面客厅一张沙发床，空间一下变得很少，还有一类是小房间一张1.2床外面一张大床可以加床，老实说无论哪类都不太适合四个大人，当时电话明确告知情况下还推荐这个房型很失望。
