早餐东西极少！吃早餐时，服务员收盘子的时候把我的筷子和刀叉随便一扔！不会给搭在别的盘子上？服务员服务态度不好，什么五星酒店？住的最差劲的五星酒店

前几年入住过成都的钓鱼台酒店，留下非常好的印象，于是这次来体验杭州的钓鱼台。房间风格和成都的类似，都是房间面积比较大，复古的设计，床品和硬件质地都比较好，浴缸很大，淋浴有多个出水口非常舒服，洗浴用品也很好。
预定的是豪华江景房，但是被免费升级到了江景开放式套房，非常感谢，因为还给了朋友生日的房间号，很幸运。套房阳台有2个，望出去钱塘江风景不错，房间的冰箱吧台也比较大，内容丰富，不过不是免费的。
酒店位置不错，步行可达附近的来福士和万象城2个商场，来福士环境更好些，打车到杭州2个火车站或西湖也都不远。酒店服务态度挺好的，大堂也很安静有格调，酒店餐饮没有体验，下次可以试试。

拔草，拔草~~~~入住期间服务很好，前台，礼宾在大堂遇到都会微笑主动问好，值班经理Dorothy提供了热情的服务，退房还主动提醒注意带好贵重物品

期待了很久，终于来了。就是房间没有音箱.... 客房送来一个换了两次音箱才连接上....建议床头放个时间表

酒店位置很好，钱塘江边；内部环境不错；房间布局真的很好，有单独的衣帽间，面积也比较大；中餐厅的菜品一般，但价格不贵，服务生的态度有待提高
