因为经常出差和旅行，住过像喜来登 洲际 凯宾斯基 香格里拉 假日 迪士尼乐园等酒店，这次入住钓鱼台酒店真的是很多惊喜，设施服务卫生餐饮环境都特别满意。感谢温柔周到的前台美女vioia，感谢酒店给升级的豪华套房，孩子大爱房间的大浴缸，泡到不想走。酒店的游泳健身设施也很棒，水温非常理想。下次来杭州的住店首选。谢谢。

早上七点就被装修吵醒，再好的硬件，连基本的睡觉都不能保证有什么用。再说艺龙客服，简直就是摆设，什么事都不管，都是我自己和酒店联系，就这样态度还差，居然挂我电话，回头估计是组长看见了，给我回电道歉，我要个说法，居然说已经把那个挂电话的客服开除，这是想让我内疚吗？简直就是一群客服业的奇葩！

总体可以说非常棒了
泳池虽然不大 但是人少干净 旁边还有个温泉池 健身房麻雀虽小 五脏齐全
房间订了套房 非常棒 秒杀上号外滩众多酒店
非常满意的一次周年纪念 性价比超高
