+酒店不错，挺干净的，地理位置也还可以，距西湖很近，但是由于是十一假日，价格有点贵。

离西湖较近，我住的商务房房间很大，双床是有一个较大的。适合一家三口旅游居住。就是停车位比较少，希望加强停车场的管理。

入住的时候八楼在装修，非常的吵，中午简直无法休息。经投诉后，换了其它楼层的房间，态度还好。建议八楼装修就不要开放七楼了，实在太吵了。

地理位置非常好，硬件和软件服务还算过得去。早餐10元一位有点贵（连七八岁的小孩也是10元），而且没什么吃的，建议早餐自己解决。
