位置一流，距离西湖景区、商业区、家乐福超市都超级近！总体印象不错。但是标准间窗户又小又高，如同任我行大叔的在西湖水底被囚禁的感觉。建议选择行政房。

酒店的房间面积还蛮大的,设施条件也还可以,酒店的楼与楼之间的距离小了点,周边环境还可以了,交通方面也蛮方便的,整体感觉价格还是比较合适的.

酒店硬件设施配置太陈旧,酒店的服务卫生都还不错,价格也很合适,位置出行交通很方便,价格和实设施比较起来也不是很好.设施太老旧了,其它的都还好了.

酒店餐厅很不错，能看见西湖非常不错，而且东方在当地好像餐厅非常有特色餐饮口味也很不错，就是设施比较老了。
