酒店的位置特好！购物、游西湖都很方便，游船码头走过去也就几分钟的时间。去的那天杭州台风，出去不方便就在酒店一楼餐厅用餐。没想到四星级酒店的餐厅价格这么便宜，人均也就80元。餐厅的西湖醋鱼做的很棒，鱼很嫩，味鲜。性价比很高的一家酒店，很棒！

酒店离西湖很近，走路500米左右就到了。周围商圈也很高大上，早餐位于20楼的旋转餐厅，环境不错，可以俯瞰西湖！吃的东西不是很多！停车那真是恶心了，居然停在垃圾房旁边，还要收20元停车费，房间很小，而且个人觉得不是很干净，床上居然有，我也说不上来，有图片为证.我定的是一间双床房，还可以。还有间大床房居然在一个角落里，床也很小，卫生间只能待一个人！四星级酒店，这是我住过最糟糕的地方

艺龙就是家骗子公司，2019年5月25日预订27-28日入住舟雷迪森酒店，显示房价700元，购买一间后，显示没有同类型房源了，于是预订1200元的双人间。之后，因为行程变化，加了26-27日入住。发现，刚刚700元的房间又是有的。沟通后，艺龙居然说，后台系统，可能是客户退房，导致出现的新房源。更搞笑的是，700元房型可以免费取消，1200元不可以取消。当真是宰一个是一个啊。
