酒店是老牌的高星级酒店了 前台接待人员都很不错 帮我们做了免费升级 让我们能在房间足不出户就看到西湖美景 真的很棒！床是我喜欢的那种 不会软 支撑力刚刚好。早餐是在顶楼的旋转餐厅 真心不错 对着西湖美景都忘记好好吃早饭了！酒店位置太好了 旁边就银泰in77,购物 吃饭都很方便 走路100米就到西湖了，如果是去西湖旅游的 强烈推荐这家
