早餐不错，游泳池里教练带的小孩子太多，而且一堆小孩都在浅水区里横着泳，一直被撞被打没法游。另外旁边的恒隆广场全都在重新装修，吃饭很不方便。最主要的是服务和第二天住的开元名都差太多了，下车拿行李门口两个服务员就一直看着，进大堂居然看到两个刚从二楼下来的服务员一边聊天一边抽烟！

房间一切还行 按假日标准 但是半夜一两点附近还有工地在打地基 打电话到前台 也没有任何处理措施 只是一句是附近工地 他们没办法 然后还问我们说是不是住靠近1528附近 那边是有点吵 既然知道吵还安排客人住 且服务态度极其不好 前台工作人员及其不专业 一副吊儿郎当的感觉 让人以为来到七天酒店还是如家酒店 不知道洲际的标准在杭州变得这么低 只有礼宾部的工作人员还行 帮忙拿行李什么的 酒店附近没有吃的地方 交通一般 不会再选择
