酒店位置算是十分方便，杭州東站坐約二十分鐘地鐵到龍翔站再走十分钟便到，走去西湖也只十多分钟。我住过双床房又住过大床房，都觉得很舒服，感觉床单很干净，房价稍微高了一点，但服务还是不错的，刚到的时候有员工帮我们把行李拿上房间，我们给了10块钱小费。要选择近西湖又近地铁站的可以考虑这家酒店

到酒店晚上11点了，次日一早退房，所以没感到服务。坐机场大巴很方便，就在跟前。离西湖也近。设施该有的都有，房间不含餐，到外边吃的，附近吃早餐的地方较少，走了半天在个小巷里解决了。意外的是到前台给减了15元，算是惊喜吧！唯一不愉快的是第二天发现腿上有好多小疙瘩和红点，这可是从来没有过的，尚不清楚是否和这次住宿有关。
