酒店环境较好，交通便利，距离地铁一号线龙翔桥站D出口300米左右过一路口就是，门前公交车也较多，去浙大、灵隐寺、岳庙、六和塔、苏堤等西湖景点均有直达公交车。酒店自助早餐是相当不错，早餐餐厅在19楼西餐厅，透过窗外能看到西湖，早餐中西式早餐均有，不下几十种，对外标价118一位。酒店位置购物吃饭也较方便，距离银泰步行五分钟，网红餐厅到处都是。
