酒店位置很好，在西湖旁边，很安静的一个地方，去景点很方便，大堂经理张启华和陈江颖服务态度都很好，有需求都帮忙解决，酒店外面环境很舒服

环境很好，床品舒适。但是办理入住时前台女员工服务生硬，晚间询问前台是否有纯荞麦枕，告知需要问下。最后告诉我酒店没有纯荞麦枕，只有表面略带一些荞麦的枕头，我再次询问是否有其他特色枕，比如乳胶枕，告知我客房已经把荞麦枕送过去了，让我无话可接，具体问客房。我只是询问如果有纯荞麦枕麻烦送房，没有纯荞麦枕不代表我接受，然而语气生硬，服务欠缺。
