酒店位置极好，出门就是西湖最棒的区域。早餐非常丰盛。隔音一般，但夜里没人吵很安静。房间大小也超乎预期，还有阳台。浴缸太小几乎不可用，热水是黄色的有泥沙的感觉。而且没有泳池，这跟其他五星级酒店还是有点差距的。

在景区内所以路特别难开，就算限行还是堵成翔。酒店主动升级了但是设施还是很旧了，早饭蛮丰富的。
