本来订的两个标间，店家免费帮我把一个房间升级成了星空房，赞，可惜那天下雨，看不见星星.晚上服务员还送了免费的零食和银耳汤夜宵，也很赞，唯一不足的是在晚上在这家店吃完饭，上菜速度实在是太慢了，可能是因为生意太好了，厨房来不及烧，但是菜的味道还是不错的

湘湖四周环境极好，适合悠哉游玩，环湖驾车有许多停车场，不用担心停车问题。现在是淡季，游客少。早餐极差，没有几个品种，连蔬菜水果也省了，烤面包机没有电不能使用，告诉服务员也不见解决问题，面包酱里面都花水了。淡季服务简单点也可以理解，但这样的服务和6百多的价格不符。环湖一圈有许多酒店，相信这不是性价比较好的一家。

环境清幽，古色古香，房间有地暖，非常舒适。前台热情有耐心。我们起床晚，没来得及去吃早餐。带孩子湖边走走挺好的，还有个越王城山可以去，爬山，有小溪，风景很好。
