服务态度差劲，还坐地涨价，早餐也是乱要价，1米以上的小孩就要付早餐费、还有前台一个女的说话太难听了、我订了一个两人间，非要给我开个单间，说是两人间要加钱，我都在网上订过了、最后我还是走了没住那，太坑人啦……

非常棒！无论是硬件、服务绝对让人有宾至如归的感觉！前台服务人员、卫生保洁人员还是安保人员，总是带着一种非常亲切的微笑，让人心中暖暖的，再苛刻的游客也挑不出任何的问题，酒店距离in77非常近，周边各路公交车及地铁都很齐全，早餐种类齐全且味道很棒，距离西湖音乐喷泉步行最多10分钟可至，如果非要打分的话，100分！！友情提示：国庆长假或其他节假日入住此酒店出行，最好选择公交，地铁人爆多且管制！最后提一点建议：酒店门口总是停了很多私家车，严重阻碍了进出和来往人行交通，希望可以改善，谢谢！
