酒店地理位置优越，就在武林门机场大巴旁边，下了机场大巴走几步就到酒店，十分方便，适合商务出差，亲子旅游！而且酒店大堂工作人员的服务特别热情周到，登记入住也非常快，特别表扬工号是1号、6号、10号、11号的小姐姐和3号小哥哥，服务热情周到，让我感受到了宾至如归！

杭州老牌酒店了，位于老城中心，离机场大巴售票处很近，交通方便，有停车场。旁边有武林银泰，吃饭方便。住的高层，夜晚可以看看夜景。
房间设施有些老，但必需品都是齐全的。早餐用餐环境还不错，有沙发椅。美中不足的是房间有点小。
