房间大，无烟房放一楼的。。酒店环抱一片池塘，水里颐养着几条肥硕的金鱼，不过水脏脏的。这次来赶上下雨，空气好得真的可以洗肺。服务方面，保洁阿姨看我带了娃，送来了儿童浴袍牙刷拖鞋和很多矿泉水。礼宾部推销西溪湿地门票的，门票船票电瓶车票打包推销，没有善意提醒客人其实根据游览路线往返电瓶车和船票是有重复的。算了！浪费了几十块钱就当图个省心。早饭很丰盛，地方大。停车方便，就是每次出门都要去礼宾部拿一次停车券有点欠人性化。

酒店虽然已经有点旧了，但是房型大气方正，住的很舒服。酒店的服务也很棒，从前台，礼宾到打扫卫生的阿姨都非常nice，中餐厅彩悦轩的味道也十分棒。很棒的一次度假体验。
