酒店非常好！行政房服务尤其好，行政酒廊下午茶只有水果和曲奇，橡皮糖，但是晚上欢乐时光非常丰富，基本可以当晚餐，很惊喜。
艺龙返现要点击返现按钮，否则就没有返现，之前都在携程定，是携程钻石级客户，携程优惠都是默认，所以没想到还要点击按钮啥的，错过了返现，这点艺龙很不好，返现应该设置为默认状态，也不要规定一个月内领取，应该自动返现到钱包。

比较中肯的点评！br喜来登的亲子套房！唯一的亮点是 服务员！套房服务阿姨！除了送月饼 贴心的纸条还有每日贴心提醒 有求必应！达到五星水准！100分！brbr酒店设施有点陈旧了！只能80分吧！brbr酒店网站宣传过于夸大！和同程网站要好好的总结！充分夸大了套房的床位和自助餐 不是两个大床 一个大床➕一个沙发床！四份早餐不是四份 两个大人份➕两个宝宝早餐！摆脱 宝宝还需要早餐量吗！ 麻烦以后这样的套房都不要设计成为套房 就说 一家三口房OK！！brbr后来酒店总算将功补过 算了四人餐 60份安抚分...brbr西湖人多！西溪人少！
