早餐还是蛮丰富的。中式早餐为主。咖啡有点酸……不过整体还好。锅贴很好吃，细面不喜欢鸡汤的可以不用尝试乐。腊八过去的，小姐姐给端了腊八粥。
酒店位置就在钱塘江边，升级到了江景房，从落地窗看出去还是很舒服的。
床垫软硬适中。枕头的高度自己调整就好了，我喜欢两个软的叠加。

一定得提早点定房间，不然你只有在大厅等等等到短信通酒店已确定，到前台回复你没收到定单！拿短信前台服务员看也不看，回答还是客房预订部没有发信息这边前台沒收到，这种服态度真是让我受不了花钱了钱消费还要看服务员脸色，虽然离退房已经好久了今天有空就顺便点评下！App客服是没问题，主要是那天接待的前台服务员，我第三次去询问时话还没说完，她竟自顾离开了！

酒店不错，早餐丰富，设施齐全，在钱塘江边。安静。最大的特点是，瓶装水免费，不像别的酒店就两瓶。感谢宋蕾和汪敏优质的服务。不过，在服务上还有一定的遐思，造成小小的麻烦，望改进。但不影响这次愉快的杭州之旅。
