来杭州滨江区出差，选择入住这里，离上峰电子产业园大概10分钟左右的车程。房间内的设施都很不错，瞄了一眼健身房目测到的有两三台跑步机。用的是oral的牙膏，然后酒店提供的沐浴露和洗发露都挺好闻呢，润肤露也不粘腻。就是酒店早餐有点单调，可选择性得内容比较少，味道一般性，其他都挺满意的

在我第一次询问哪里能打印文件时只告诉我15楼可以打印，却不告知客人没有权限自己上楼，需要服务员带领刷卡，耽误我时间重新回到房间询问并等候服务，很烦人……

网上订的喜来登，比想象的好！大堂气派，价位适中，晚上还有演出，周边环境很好，离钱塘江很近，出行、游玩都非常方便！尤其前台接待朱芳雨，态度非常好，服务周到、热情！下次杭州还住这里！

酒店的整体环境还是很不错的，外观高大上，内部也很气派。带着两个宝宝入住的，因为我们订的是无烟房，所以给我们免费升级到了11楼的豪华双床，窗户看出去景色很好。房间也很大很干净，浴室什么的都不错，宝宝还在浴缸里泡了个澡，很适合带小孩住。
早餐也很不错，环境好菜种丰富，就是煮面的大哥有点不友善……
有一点比较在意的是，周边环境虽好，就在滨江公园附近，但是吃饭什么的不怎么方便，几乎都是打车的，还有就是离西湖远了点。总体来说还是很不错的，下次还会选择喜来登。
