酒店位置非常好，顶楼能看西湖全景，出门就是西湖，清晨逛一圈很舒服。酒店服务员都很热情、细致，餐食都很好，住得很开心。

陈伯讲故事非常棒！用车师傅服务态度很好，车也干净，整体不错。说一下不足之处1、第一次问冰箱软饮说每天补充，后面又说只免费第一天。2、房间饮用水有4小瓶，第一天问客房说还可以免费补充两瓶，随后又说没有免费的了，这点比西湖山庄、西湖国宾馆差很远，这两家是任喝、随时补充。3、1913餐厅换了菜单，价格提高了不少，但品种却不太多。

酒店和西湖一条斑马线之隔，早上从房间看日出，壮观;晚上西湖赏月，美。饭菜很合口，带父母旅游，提前做了许多功课，选择新新，很完美

这是我第N次住此酒店，这次因为发票酒店说是艺龙开，艺龙说是供应商开，看不懂对消费者来说艺龙你就是供应商我钱是付给你的，推三阻四，遇到了一个不靠谱的供应商，为了一张发票绕地球一圈，下次考虑是否还是在艺龙订房。
