酒店位置比较好，出行很方便，靠近地铁一号线，走路到西湖十几分钟，被圈粉的原因还是服务！到门口就能看到需戴口罩才能进入酒店的提示，进门后有专人负责帮我们进行鞋底消毒、出示健康码、测量体温，显得很专业，早餐是分餐制的套餐，按我们要求的时间，免费送到房间，无接触取餐，房间桌子上还放了消毒片，还配了很多一次性的东西，疫情期间，酒店能够做这些，真的让人感觉很安全！很棒????

应该是新开的吧，地理位置是很不错的 离西湖银泰那边走走就到了。房间很干净 面积也很大，几乎没有不适的地方。

酒店服务超级棒，入住的时候看我们带了小孩，就给我们免费升级了房型。然后还送了小朋友小风车。还有儿童牙刷和拖鞋。房间很干净，房间内一些物品也很用心。升级后的几木当房型还配有小冰箱，里面的饮料免费喝。早餐也很满意。房间隔音挺好的。虽然临街但是还算安静舒心。退房的时候前台小姐姐还送了礼物。真心赞，以后来杭州还会原选择住这里。
