我们一家三口，由于之前没有问直接订了双床房，入住后发现不能拼在一起，给前台打电话，果断给我们换房，并升级到了豪华大床房，旅行第一天就对亚朵慢慢好感。酒店早餐很丰富，走路到西湖喷泉大概15分钟，有免费停车场很方便。还送了两包亚朵自己出的茶，退房时还送了小朋友零食，很温馨的一家亚朵。

1.行：酒店位置很好找交通便利 离西湖很近
2.住：酒店房间很干净，而且温度舒适
3.吃：宝贝卡在120左右，贴心的酒店也赠送了早餐券，早餐种类很多，吃的非常棒
4.服务：只能用贴心来形容
进店办入住时就给倒了茶水，暖暖的，而且好特意为孩子提供了牙刷与小孩拖鞋，还给孩子送了小礼物，退房时还特意问了是否需要瓶装水，还问几个人，需要多少，我只要了一瓶，特别不好意思
5.下次来杭州还来亚朵，南京的亚朵也非常不错，会继续支持的

酒店给人的感觉就很干净，虽然在高架边，但是隔音效果很好，晚上睡的很香，出门去银泰或者西湖都很方便，走走逛逛十几分钟就到了，特别要夸一下她们的前台服务，chick in的时候会马上给你一杯热茶，给人很温馨的感觉，临走时看到下雨，还准备了雨伞，真的是太人性化了，前台美女的服务态度真的很亲切，像朋友一样，下次来还会入住你们酒店??

服务太好了！！3.8送了丝巾小礼物 前台看见我的生日也是3.8 先是入住之后送来热乎乎的长寿面 然后我们晚上回来又送来蛋糕 真的太贴心了 好感动 可惜忘记问了小哥哥 小姐姐的名字 非常感谢 以后出门就亚朵了
