设施陈旧是小事，卫生没搞干净，让人全身不舒服，洗手间黑色衣服掉地上，捡起来全是白灰一样的脏东西，一次性拖鞋全新拿出来竟然有杏仁片，天啊，再不会入住，肯定一定以及确定

酒店位置无敌，就在西湖边上，出门5分钟走到西湖。入住酒店时有惊喜，居然给升级至套房，套房洗漱用品还有惊喜，都是宝格丽的，西湖美景尽在眼中，满意之旅，下次继续入住！

酒店服务周到，我的订单还没到只是确认，前台就帮我办理了入住，还升级为尊享房，非常感谢前台的服务员！房间里啥都有，感觉像回到了家！此次旅行非常开心😃谢谢了

设施较旧，但是位置优越 离西湖很近。周围还有一家很赞饭馆，超近。大堂的服务很到位，友善地外籍人士。大堂门童推荐的吃饭的位置不靠谱。因为是开会期间临时定的，价格比平时高许多，性价比不高。
