第一次带娃出游，俩大人加俩娃。酒店地理位置非常好，离少年宫码头和断桥都很近。没有吃酒店的餐点，因为周边实在太多吃的了，走几步就是武林路夜市，再走几步还有嘉里城，沿街还有很正宗的广东糖水店。客房很大，床比较高，床垫很高很软。卫生间浴室很大，有淋浴房也有浴缸。总之非常适合亲子出行居住

之前出差住过一周，房间很大，性价比很高，所以本次出行还是选择了这里，不过本次一入住发现浴室的备品外瓶上湿的，疑似被使用后的，当即通知了酒店，立马帮我更换并道歉了，并送了水果表示歉意，很用心！
酒店的泳池管理是外包的，所以明显服务不如本酒店的好，服务员在更衣室玩手机，问问题也爱理不理，态度冷冰冰的，还会用反问句回答顾客问题，也是第一次碰到这么“服务”顾客的！
酒店地理位置很好，走几分就到西湖边了，旁边就是新白鹿餐厅，离凤起路地铁站5分钟左右步行时间，出行还是很方便的。

走路5分钟到西湖，酒店前台经理很热情，前台也专业，房间很大，卫生间很大，很不错。中餐厅没什么可吃的，很遗憾楼顶餐厅没有开，西餐厅晚上9:30就下班了。所以住住还是可以的，吃的还是看运气吧。
