位置很好，离西湖二百米，卫生不错，床品舒服，设施齐备，唯一不满意就是前台服务态度很差，知道入住的人很多，很忙，但忙不应该是说话态度不好的理由，因为前台是对酒店的第一印象，本来对这家酒店其它方面都很满意，但因为前台心情很不舒服

酒店位置超级赞👍🏻，离西湖只有两百多米出门右转从地下通道过去就是西湖，房间床品舒适，卫生打扫的也不错。靠主路，闹中取静，出门对面就是杭州解百、银泰百货购物吃饭都超级方便。缺点是一、房间隔音效果不好，旁边房间的人说话听的清清楚楚，一共住三天，头一天隔壁房间的人聊天到十一点，闹的睡不着，第二天可能是退房了，才安静了。缺点二、淋浴喷头好像压力不够，水流不算小可没有冲劲，水流软绵绵的，不满意希望改进。缺点三，可能是入住的人比较多，前台比较忙服务态度不好，说话呛人，本来高高兴兴地来入住，结果生了一肚子气，在这里提点意见，酒店这么好的位置，这么好的硬件设施，如果服务跟不上，就太可惜了，酒店的服务应该是评定等级的头等条件。

酒店位置特别好，从机场坐大巴到的位置离的不远，打车10块钱就到了，离西湖也很近，离商场也很近，酒店环境不错，因为到店比较晚，前台帮忙免费升级了套房，楼下离盒马鲜生特别近，买吃的也很方便，酒店环境卫生都还不错，下次来杭州还会住这里
