酒店比较老了，总体还算整洁，但是结账的时候被多扣了20块，莫名其妙的说有另外的服务费，问题是我们根本没有消费，酒店说查查了一个礼拜都没有结果，内部管理比较混乱，总之如果是这样随便乱扣客人费用的话是不推荐入住的

不错的酒店，环境也可以，但是设施有点旧，没有早餐，要吃早餐20元/人，458元/晚/大床房，有点小贵，但是十一应该也是这个价吧

酒店有些年岁了，入住的时候因为附近在修地铁，交通不是很方便，原本靠近西湖文化广场的地段优势不复存在，而且酒店内的硬件设施过于陈旧，室内环境一般，这个价格还行了，下次应该不会再住这家了。
