住17楼南面，感觉还比较安静。酒店设施一般这个价位可以一住，也有宽带。最方便的是隔壁的致远酒店内就是托福和GRE的考场。前台服务效率不错，允许晚退房。不爽的是打扫的服务员太无视客人的要求了。我挂了请勿打扰的牌子，却接到电话问要不要打扫，告诉了当天会退房不用打扫后，在门上依然挂着”请勿打扰“牌子的情况下，服务员在我刚下电梯就打开了房门。我因返回拿伞而看到了服务员已打开房门在我的室内。她说，我先把卫生间打扫一下吧。。。。无语！另外，看不懂的价格表，上面有洗漱用品25元/套，消毒毛巾XX元。问了总台后才知道洗漱用品不要钱，但外面的包装袋是要钱的！还有散装茶叶的迷你罐是重复使用的，这个散装的茶叶还要给下个客户吃吗？

设施陈旧，暖气不足、被子单薄，热水不好用。如果不是工作需要，实在不愿意选这家。

半夜没找到地方住,出租车师傅推荐的酒店. 位置还不错, 就是设施老了点,不过杭州的酒店普遍都比较老

酒店离自己要办事的地方挺近的,而且价格也很便宜,住宿环境也比较理想,蛮舒适的.
