每年五一都会选择西子宾馆度假，优美的环境，贴心的服务，让人流连忘返。最喜欢这里的中餐，地道的杭帮菜。早餐自助也很丰富，会继续选择这里度假。这次尤其感谢三位美女，自助餐厅的美女经理陈黎云，牡丹厅的陈晓梅、张燕燕，她们贴心的服务让我们宾至如归。

酒店无可挑剔！但是艺龙就太垃圾了！！！我和家人一起出行，家人从飞猪上预定的，住的是高级套房。可是我们从艺龙上定的。简直垃圾！！！最差的房间！而且，艺龙还比飞猪贵！！！辣鸡！！！！再也不用艺龙了！！！！

西湖国宾馆和西子宾馆占据了西湖边上最好的位置，绝无仅有，各有千秋，西子宾馆是大户人家的庄园，西湖国宾馆是贵族的宫殿。一个秀美，一个端庄。个人更喜欢西子宾馆，面对的是外西湖，三面临湖，背靠雷峰塔。房间温暖舒适，宾馆人员服务热情周到，特别感谢赵军亲和力强，还为我们介绍了周围的环境，非常暖心，有种超值的舒适感，很高兴选择这家酒店，下次有机会还会选择这里！

酒店环境非常好，西子宾馆给人留下深刻印象，客房随叫随到，酒店还配备了小食赠送客人，出门庭院里散步群芳吐蕊，生机盎然，特别是赵军服务好，态度好，非常幽默，不愧是西子骄傲，赞，赞，赞，下次一定还会再来！
