浙江西子宾馆占据了大半个西湖，，千言万语一句话就是美！赞！旅游度假的绝好圣地！景色优美，环境一级棒，总台高效，房间舒适。周末院内特别幽静，非常感谢餐饮部的赵军，大堂叶经理，服务好，态度好，非常热情，还特意给我们介绍了酒店的历史文化，非常幽默，有涵养！不愧是西子的骄傲！赞！赞！赞！赞！赞！赞！赞！赞！好！好！实在是太美了！还是要赞！赞！赞！赞！赞！

本来带85岁的妈妈出游是有些担心的，没想到确是一次完美的体验。西子宾馆，位置环境一流，美如西子，淡妆浓抹皆让人沉醉。服务周到贴心，所到之处，皆有人早早提前把门开好，美丽的服务员笑脸出迎，搀扶老人，帮拿轮椅。每次外出返回，服务员都会轻声迎候一句..回来了！客房服务员专门找来高方凳，方便老人盥洗，找来打气筒，工作人员主动帮忙给轮椅轮胎充气，让我们一老一弱行走方便。我们在中餐厅连用餐4天，服务员每次都轻声问候，来了，老位子？有次返回已过点餐时间，服务员江慧华看到疲惫的老人，专门为我们安排了可口的餐食。与外面的百年老店相比，妈妈说还是中餐厅的饭菜最美味。在宾馆步道散步，遇到的服务人员都会友好点头示意。办理离店手续时总台眼镜小哥给我们快速办理，交待我们把门卡交客房前台即可，免除两次往返之累。美丽的西子宾馆，给妈妈和我留下了美好而深刻的印象。向总台眼镜小哥，六号楼全体服务人员，中餐厅全体服务人员，瑶园咖啡厅服务人员，电瓶车小哥道一声感谢🙏西子宾馆，我们还会再来的
