这是一间很奇葩的酒店，办理入住服务员全程无笑容，像是要入住她家似的，我们快中午到的酒店，核实完身份等等事项，她告知要下午2点才可以入房间，进过一再核实完后我们离开到外面走走，下午2:40我们再到前台，被告知需再等等，还没做完保洁，当即问她，不是你说的2点到了就可以入住了吗？怎么还要等，要等几个2小时才能入住？？？全程无一句问候、道歉之语，非常冷漠，客房还可以，中餐厅菜品也可以，在结账时，又说，由我们的客房电话打出一个市内电话，蒙蔽，我们连电话都没动过啊，真是的，给服务员说没有，到是给退掉这个，国内外，我们住过N多回五星级酒店了，不能当即给客房的遇到过，多多少少都会说给予抱歉的话，和相对应接待休息区等待，就没见到过这样全程无一句迎宾语，和抱歉话的
