中午两点到达酒店办理入住，一家人出行希望住在同一楼层，前台说同一楼层的目前只有一个房间另外两个房间需要等两个小时。我当时同意说可以，结果到下午五点钟还有一个房间没给我，说房间空调坏了还要等两个小时。我晚上七点才能入住，那我是不是也能第二天晚上七点才退房呢？酒店既然答应了两个小时可以整理出来就应当做到，无论你们是什么原因都应该把自己答应顾客的事情做到。酒店前台的服务完全跟不上五星级酒店的水平，希望酒店能改进。酒店的硬件设施是很好的，就是泳池稍微小了些。
