第一服务，酒店大堂在二楼，没有人帮拿行李，只是告诉我们在二楼办入住。第二办事效率，我们两个行政套房两个行政房，其中两个行政房的行政酒廊权限没有开，而且事先也不提醒我们有行政酒廊，都是我们自己问着去的权限也是我自己下楼开的。办入住也特别慢。第三环境卫生，周边有个公园可以逛逛，但是酒店位置比较偏，离好吃的比较远。房间卫生还行，但是比如衣柜上层有一层薄灰没有擦。楼下早餐还不错，但是行政酒廊早餐数量少质量并不比楼下打餐厅好。

早餐还行，房间配套设施还行，只是感觉周边比较偏一些，旁边有个公园，不过只住一晚没来得及去游玩。顺德已经来过三次，很喜欢这个地方的美食。因为美食而爱上一座城市。

酒店对面就是公园湖，环境不错。就是附近在修路，找停车场当时费了点时间。酒店内部环境挺好，服务热情周到。遗憾是艺龙预定没法知道大床房还是双床房，虽然有备注大床房，但还是双床没有选择的机会。

整体不错。尤其是美食，很少酒店做粤菜那么好。房价如果可以低点就更好，服务未完全对得上5星标准。现在客户都比较注重细节与人性化了，比如停车场指挥的接待生态度不好，还有行政走廊用餐时，服务员对餐具摆放等细节都不太专业。建议加强培训
